Introduction

I can still call to mind, in the tiniest detail when blogging was first introduce to me. Back then, i was nothing but a scared reader who had comment at the silly back of my mind after all the good reads. Indifferent to those who has little know-hows on the web, i stuff myself surfing the net during boring hours. And so i found some websites which has blown away boredom and ended my being stoppled to nothingness.

Pinoygsm.Net is one of the many sites i’ve been visiting for almost a year now. No reference point. This is a social networking site designed for wap devoted people. Prior to knowing this site, i’ve been in wapworld since 2008. Not new to has-beens, in defiance of time, during the fourth month of visiting back and forth, the site had a maintenance problem on which the owner has to either delete the whole thing or choose to restore it but would take time to do so. It was an immense sadness i felt. I’ve set to exempt myself from thinking stone-blind. A day after the site was washed-up,I tried to check if the site was restored. I was not wishing or even hoping it was. Fortunately, as the page fully loads, the site was re-established. It felt like i was goofed around since the administrator flashed a goodbye note during system problem occurred. He have mentioned the severity of the site status and that he will not be able to restore it the earliest possible time. I was thinking moron perhaps, concluding flimsy reason of coincidence. So to move out on my doubts, i sent him a message venting about what he made me feel. Ha ha!! that was really childish. I was not expecting for a respond, until one unread message caught my eyes. I opened my inbox and there a message coming from the administrator. A simple “SORRY” was there. The mere word wrapped up all silly thoughts. Surprisingly, that very day was unexpectedly the start of our friendship.

I met Eper Gaboni, administrator of  Pinoygsm.Net, Sharesummit.Com, Askeperu.Info and other more sites. He was foremost my friend in the world wide web who is now my real life partner. One day, while we were having a good sip on just one mochafrappe at Starbucks Trinoma, he asked me, ” If you were to search something on the web, what would that be?”. Unconsciously, i answered fashion, travel, food, lifestyle and entertainment. In a clever twist he uttered ” we are going to create a blog site and you are going to be the blogger.”. I was on flat affect mode at first, didn’t seem to understand and absorb what he just said. Until the words slowly registered in my head, i choked, completely shocked that i had to pause for awhile. Admiring the thought from afar is overwhelming but launching the idea was a tremendous challenge. But hey look, here i am hatching the shell,giving it a taste on writing and letting you read my very first post on my very first website.
